* Holidays and Special Events are at high season rates and may have a minimum stay requirement and No Discounts are given. Other times discount cards or coupons MUST be presented at check-in and please understand that discounts can not be combined

* Daily room rates are based on double occupancy. Extra adults (age 13 and over) in room up to a maximum of 4 will cost $20.00 plus tax per person per night. Parties in excess of 4 persons per unit, including children, will not be allowed

* All guests are required to provide a $100 cash or credit card deposit at check-in for security/incidental charges and $500 during holidays or special events

* Only one parking pass will be issued per room

* NO pets - NO EXCEPTIONS - a fee of $500.00 will be imposed should we find a pet on property to cover the costs of dry cleaning, carpet cleaning and fumigation

*Check in is by 4 pm with checkout by 11 am. You are welcome to stay on the property and enjoy the facilities including access to private showers and changing rooms pool side

* No rooms are designated NON Smoking but request an ionizer be used before your arrival

* Personal water craft (wave runners, etc.) are $30.00 plus tax per night per trailer.  Please inform us if you will be bringing any personal water craft as we have limited space available for trailers.  Personal watercraft can not be left at our dock at anytime.

* Boat Slips are $40.00 plus tax per night and must be reserved in advance (a separate confirmation will be sent). Boats without a reservation will not be accommodated.  No power is provided for boats

* No barbeque grills or outdoor cooking equipment of any kind can be brought on this property.  Charcoal grills are provided on the beach for guest use

* During holidays and special events pool towels will only be available at the front desk after voucher is signed

* Any reservations arrival date can be changed as long as it is changed before 5 days of the scheduled arrival date with no penalty 

*  Neither early departure policy stated above nor cancellation policy stated below changes during inclement weather

*   Wireless internet access for a fee OR wired internet access at the front office for FREE 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations are subject to a $25 fee for ANY CANCELLATION. If cancellation occurs within 5 DAYS of arrival date your deposit will be forfeited. Should you have to cancel please keep a record of the cancellation number that will be given to you.
